Shipping Policy

Processing time
All of our products are handmade to order in our workshop. Because of the craftsmanship involved, please allow up to 2-3 weeks (10–21 business days) for production before your order is shipped.

Shipping times
Once your item is ready, it will be shipped using the carrier you select at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. On average:

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days (depending on customs and destination)

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package size/weight.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

Delays
While we do our best to meet the estimated times, please note that delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (weather, customs, or carrier issues).
